Trails look better than expected
There was very little, almost no snowmobile traffic this past weekend, due to the extremely warm weather and melting we had last week. Things have frozen back up, though, and we’ve gotten a bit of snow over the past few days.
I noticed the Jordan Valley groomer running on the Blue Bear Trail Saturday morning, and took several pictures of the trails Sunday Morning:
All these trails looked good, with what appears to be a surprisingly decent base. I’ve only heard secondhand reports from people riding the past few days, but the reports were positive. So, we’ll let out our machines again, and look forward to some more winter weather. The weather forecast does call for some more snow Tuesday to Thursday. We’ll update again after we talk to more riders out there.
