Woodland Snowmobile Rentals

Friday (2 Feb) Keith, from Fay’s Motel, and I took a few journalists on a ride around the military land NE of Grayling.  We went up to Range 40, north of hwy. 612 and east of I-75.  The snowmobiling was absolutely perfect off of the groomed trails.  There hasn’t been too much off-trail traffic, so moguls and rough spots are minimal.  There was at least a foot of snow on the ground, and we had a great day of running through miles and miles of fresh snow.

I heard generally good reports from this weekend, although  there is still snirt, dirty snow on the trails.  It seems to be worst near Gaylord where the traffic is heavier.
