Warm Up
The last two days have been over 40 degrees, with a bit of rain. After all the traffic of the past week, this has caused some damage to the trails. I see spots of dirt here and there along the Frederic-Gaylord trail. I haven’t talked to any riders who were out today or yesterday, but I think we need some more snow.
On the positive side, it’s already getting colder, and there is snow in the forecast. We don’t know yet if it will be enough snow, or what things will look like after the 40 mph winds that are also coming with the predicted storm. Hopefully we’ll have a better idea of the conditions by Thursday or so.
